The Future Directons 2009 - Library, Recreation and Parks & Natural Areas Master Plan Review was designed to provide the City with a clear picture of what is important to taxpayers and reflect their recreational, social, cultural, informational and educational needs.  The Plan will guide and provide direction for the next 5 years with a 25 year outlook.  Click here for Press Release: Oct. 1, 2009.

There is a lot of material here about future quality of life considerations in our City, affecting all ages and services.  This Master Plan received input on the many aspects of community life that affect residents the most in their daily lives.  Public Information Sessions were held throughout the City from October 15 to November 5, 2009.
